PURPOSE:To make the capacity of a data storage means small and to enable correction even for variation depending on time by converting originals to electric signals by a photoelectric conversion element and performing an averaging processing of the electric signals at every picture element. CONSTITUTION:Analog picture signals converted to the electric signals of RGB by an image reader control part 42 are amplified upto a prescribed output level 57 the amplifier circuit 50 of a picture signal control part 43 and converted to digital signals by an A/D converter 51. Then, in a black correction/white correction part 52, a black correction processing is performed first, then a white correction processing is performed and the respective signals of RGB are inputted to an ND signal generation part 53 and a color detection part 54. The signals of RGB are added and then divided into three and luminance signals are outputted in the ND signal generation part 53 and classification is performed by the signal ratio of RGB and output as chrominance signals is performed in the color detection part 54. The luminance signals and the chrominance signals are variable power processed, half-tone dot meshing and patterning processings or the like are performed in a picture processing part 56 and density is corrected in a density correction part 57. |
