PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of work by performing batch conversion at the time of outputting without necessity for performing a change each time in the case of document editing when changing a color to be outputted. CONSTITUTION:When it is desired to convert one part of the color to be outputted into document information, a user executes the designation processing of color conversion by using a batch color conversion designating means 1. A document read expanding means 2 investigates whether the color conversion is designated or not by fetching document data into a document data storage memory 2a. When the color conversion is designated and any color designating the conversion is existent in the fetched document data, the changed color is read from a memory, where that color is preserved, for converting the designated color by instructing it from a document color discriminating means 3 to a document color converting means 4, and the color is changed. Then, output information containing the changed information is expanded in a print data output memory 6 and printed out of a printer 7. |
