<p>PURPOSE:To perform the continuous evaluation by reconstituting beginning data at an arbitrary time in the simulation period into the same form as extracted beginning data to change the throwing-in plan, the priority level, etc., of a lot in accordance with the variance in condition of the production line on the simulation. CONSTITUTION:When simulation is executed by a simulation executing means 4, lot history information, lot throwing-in information, low priority information, etc., in the simulation period are outputted as simulation results 10. A beginning data reconstituting means 5 uses the equipment arrival time, the work start time, and the work end time as the keys to extract a beginning lot of the line at the designated date in the simulation period from this lot history information. Lot throwing-in information and lot priority information are referred to reconstitute the beginning data into the input form of a model data generating means 3, and the result is outputted as reconstituted beginning data 11.</p> |
