PURPOSE:To provide a fan integrated type heater element cooling device having improved cooling efficiency and provided with a fan to cool down a high heater element and unit having the shape and structure which can be mounted in high density. CONSTITUTION:In the title fan integral type heater element cooling device with a heat sink 2 which is arranged on the upper surface of a heater element 1 and having a plurality of heat-radiating fins 2-1 and a cooling fan unit 3 with a motor part 3-1 which is rotated in the center part, at least an auxiliary wiring 3-3 is provided on the lower surface of the motor part of a fan unit.
