<p>PURPOSE: To provide a device having means for measuring gas or liquid flow which is at least approximately radial, relative to the center axis, with a high degree of sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: The center spaces of four resistance devices 2, 4, 6, 8 respectively having electrical temperature-dependent resistant values are approximately constant, measured from the their center axis M, and two resistance devices 2, 4 or 6, 8 which are arranged longitudinally, constitute a sensor 10 or 20. Further, the arrangement of the resistance devices 2, 4, 6, 8 is selected in order to prevent thermal affect upon the sensor 10 or 20, and the four resistance devices 2, 4, 6, 8 are synthetically connected so as to constitute a Wheatstone bridge so that the resistance devices 2 and 6 located upstream, and the resistance devices 4 or 8 are substituted one other.</p> |
