PURPOSE:To prepare easily eatable or drinkable title food convenient for storage, etc., by immersing propolis in an alcohol to extract the active component, mixing the extracted liquid with reduced maltose and evaporating the alcohol from the mixture. CONSTITUTION:The objective powdery food is prepared by immersing propolis (bee glue) in an alcohol such as ethanol to extract the active components, mixing 1pt. of the extract liquid with about 1.5pts. of reduced maltose and evaporating the alcohol from the mixture preferably at about 40 deg.C. |
