This invention belongs to a wooden frame, designed for pictures and photographs, field.The purpose of this invention is to create a frame construction to reach a new aesthetical high of a product, keeping its endurance, and ensuring good operation efficiency and an optimal input of substances and power resources in production.It comes through the use of a new, never before used straight angle junction with overt and blind tenons in a frame construction. This junction sweats the frame, not using an angle for fastening any additional construction elements.The frame consists of four profiled wooden strips. On the ends of two strips, nests I are cut. The ends of the other two have two tenons each - visible and blind. The frame is jointed and agglutinated. The inner side of the jointed strips is machined in such a way that it makes a deepened step, into which the picture is put during the exploitation, and the front side is machined in such a way that the frame would get its aesthetical function corresponding view.The straight angle junction with overt and blind tenons gives the frame good resistance.The frame production efficiency comes through preparing and collecting the frames not one at a time, but a particular number y and only after collecting is the profiled surface processed separately for each product, together with a place for the picture.This kind of frame production method enables the use of substances and electric power. This technology is ideal for industrial production. The original frame construction determines its high aesthetical level. |
