PURPOSE:To provide a sound source capable of directly and precisely judging the time releasing a channel regardless of a kind of a storage waveform read out from a waveform memory. CONSTITUTION:The storage waveform consisting of only an attack part is read out from the waveform memory, and when an address of a loop part is read out, since no loop part exists at the time, an end signal ENDS becomes a high level by an end detection circuit 35, and on the other hand, the output becomes the high level also by a loop '0' code detection circuit 43. The AND of the two outputs are taken by an AND circuit 42, and the signal NLEND with the high level is outputted from the AND circuit 42. When the high level signal NLEND is detected by an envelope generator, by the envelope generator, the envelope of the channel where the end signal ENDS is detected is dumped, and the channel is released, and next musical sound information is allocated. |
