PURPOSE:To surely transmit a recorded message to the called party and to report the recording of a required message to the user of an automatic answering telephone. CONSTITUTION:When a call is incoming to a network controller 6 at the time of an automatic answering mode, a control part 2 transmits a response message to the call originating side, designated time information transmitted from the call originating side in response to this message is stored in a memory 3, and a message to be continuously transmitted is recorded by an automatic answering recording and reproducing device 5. Afterwards, when it is recognized from time information supplied from a timer part 4 that it is designated time stored in the memory 3 by the control part 2, a slave unit (not shown in the figure) is called from a radio part 1 and the message reproduced by the automatic answering recording and reproducing device 5 is transmitted from the radio part 1 to an off-hooked slave unit so that the message can be surely transmitted to the user of the automatic answering telephone system. |
