The neck-tie consists of two parts, the knot part (12, 13) and the wide front part (11) with the neck-tie tip. The button part is, as usual, of tubular construction with a front (12) and a rear (13), allowing the end region to be opened easily. In the wide end region of the button part, a two-part press fastener (14, 14') is sewn on. The narrow end region of the front part (11) is provided with a button hole (15). The front part (11) is preferably designed such that it can be worn on either side. By turning the front part, the other design can thus be selected if two designs are provided in one and the same neck-tie. By simply exchanging the front part of the neck-tie, a pattern which matches the situation or mood can be worn at any time during the day. The front part (11) can be provided, in the wide end region, with a spectacle cleaning cloth sewn into the inside. <IMAGE>
