The piece of equipment can be used for the treatment of liquids, especially for the treatment of water, desalination and softening. It is compact, is easily manned and operates with reduced power costs. The equipment consists of a housing (1) which is tightly shut by a lower cover (2) and upper distribution head (3). Filtration filling (4) is filled in the housing (1) on the drainage bottom (5) with nozzles (6). The distribution head (3) contains grooves (23, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29 % 30) and membrane valves (20) 21 & 22). Chamber (7), fabricated under the drainage bottom (5) is connected to the distribution head (3) by means of a vertical tube (8) fitted inside housing (1).
