<p>The amplifier (20) has its light signal input (21) and output (22) connected to a 1536 nm monomode fibre with two or more amplifing stages (11,12...1n) in cascade. A light signal amplified fibre section (31,32,...3n) has at least one lathanoid, a wavelength selective directional coupler (41,42,...4n) and a light source pump (51,52,..5n). the output end of the fibre section (31,32...3n) of an amplifying stage (11,12..1n) is connected to the input of the directional coupler of the next stage. The fibred sections (31,32...3n) of the different stages have different dimensions or materials. -</p> |
