Mixt. comprises (w/w%) 40-80 fish, 10-30 vegetable oil or animal fat/margarine, 5-15 water, 0.1-12 salt, pepper and other seasoning, 5-10 soya flakes or ground rice and 5-10 wheatgerm. The mixt. is homogenised, packed in boxes or tubes, cooked at 75-125 deg.C and smoked at 40-80 deg.C. |
