PURPOSE:To prevent an adhesive tape from being taken off when a tape is delivered. CONSTITUTION:A swing lever 22 is made to swing counterclockwise by a rise of an elevating rod 20 having lowered at the time of delivery of a tape and a ratchet lever 55 is pivoted clockwise through the intermediary of a first lever 60, a second lever 61 and a tension spring 57. With this rotation, a ratchet pawl 59 engaging with a ratchet gear 58 of an adhesive tape reel 54 is moved clockwise, the reel 54 is pivoted and an adhesive tape 19 is wound on the reel 54. When the adhesive tape 19 is wound by a prescribed amount on the occasion, a state wherein a tension is applied on the tape 19 is brought forth and the pawl 59 remains at the position at this time in resistance to an actuating force of the spring 57, while the second lever 61 is made to continue to pivot clockwise further by an actuating force of a tension spring 27. Soon a pivoting piece 63 is pushed up by a roller 56 and the pawl 59 disengages from the gear 58 and returns to an initial position. |
