PURPOSE:To provide an isocyanate-based compound and a capsule production method to easily produce capsules having high water resistance and containing the compound. CONSTITUTION:A lower polyolefine and an active hydrogen-containing compound are melted by heating at 80 deg.C-160 deg.C, an isocyanate-based compound is added to the melted mixture, and the resultant mixture is physically processed, for example, by spray-cooling, crushing, etc., to form it into a capsules. The production method is extremely easy. |
