<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a profile composite decorative sheet which is rich in a design property easily by a method wherein a plastic sheet material is thermally softened and molded in a shape fitting to a base material, and after cooling, they are laminated by fitting via an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:All surface or a part to be bent of a plastic sheet material 3 is heated until it is softened, and bent until it becomes a curved surface fitting to a base material or a curved part of a mold by making the base material 2 or the same shaped mold as the base material 2 inside or comperssive stress is applied thereto. For heating temperature of the plastic sheet material 3, it is preferably heated at a temperature 10 to 30 deg.C higher than a glass transition temperature of the plastic sheet material 3. Then, after fixing a shape by cooling the plastic sheet material 3' so molded as to fit to the base material 2, it is laminated on the base material 2 by fitting via an adhesive 4, and a profile composite decorative sheet 1 is obtained. An elastic adhesive capable of absorbing expansion and shrinkage which are caused by heat and humidity is preferable as the adhesive 4.</p> |
