PAPER FOR PAPER PAN AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the paper which has the hand of Japanese paper in both appearance and touch, is easily foldable for forming a paper pan in spite of a tissue form, has sufficient water resistance and water impermeability in the case of use as the paper pan and does not generate a problem in waste treatment after use. CONSTITUTION:This paper for the paper pan is a three-layered combination board formed by providing both sides of an intermediate layer consisting of >=60wt.% multibranched thermoplastic fibers with front surface layers consisting of beating pulp. The paper is formed by fusing and integrating these three layer by melting and solidifying of the multibranched thermoplastic fibers of the intermediate layer and has >=3000sec/100cc air permeability.
