<p>PURPOSE:To reduce influence to an earth environment by obtaining evaluation values of individual components, materials for constituting a product from aspects of influence on the environment and recyclability, and so setting the general evaluation point of an entire product as to become a specific value % of a highest evaluation point for an industrial material. CONSTITUTION:Five-step evaluation points are previously set to a structural member of an electric product in which a volume of a plastic as the structural member is 15l or more or a weight is 10kg or more by standpoints of influence to an earth environment, difficulty of recycling. A product of a weight ratio of a component to the entire product and the point of the member used for the component is obtained for each component formed of the member. The value is totally summed for the entire product to calculate a general evaluation point. A calculated value is so set as to become 80% or more of the highest point of the product. Thus, a producing having low influence and high recyclability to the environment can be rapidly formed based on an objective evaluation.</p> |
