Imaging system for use in processing transversely cut fish body sections

An appts. for processing fish body sections which have been transversely cut includes a frame with a pair of shrouds, each having an interior space to accommodate an illumination system for illuminating the fish section. Two video cameras housed within the shrouds are arranged to scan opposite flat sides of the fish section. Screens are arranged to move behind the fish section in sequence as each camera scans the fish section.
