PURPOSE:To obtain a print, having a wide range of color reproduction and capable of expressing a stable image by carrying out the ink jet printing with specific two-color inks of red and blue so as to partially overlap on textile fabric. CONSTITUTION:This print is obtained by carrying out the ink jet printing with combined inks containing two-color disperse dyes of red and blue so as to partially overlap on fiber dyeable with the disperse dyes, especially polyester- based textile fabric and performing the heat treatment (HT steaming, etc.). The print has a high density and a wide range of color reproduction from a violet to blue color without causing a change in color tone. C.1. Disperse Red 92, 126, 135, 145, 152, 159, 177, 181, 206, 283 or 348; C.1. Disperse Blue 56, 73, 128, 156, 165, 201, 216, 224, 257, 266, 267, 287 or 368, etc., are preferred as the coloring matters of the two colors. Besides water, a thioglycol, diethylene glycol and a mixture thereof, etc., are good as an aqueous liquid medium for the disperse dyes. |
