<p>PURPOSE:To provide an aqueous printing ink for plastic films comprising an aqueous bidnder resin consisting of a specific water-soluble resin and an ethylene-acrylic acid water-dispersing resin, a pigment, water and a water- miscible solvent, and excellent in pigment dispersion stability, resolubility, printing suitability, water resistance and leveling property. CONSTITUTION:The objective ink comprises (A) a water-soluble resin having an acid value of 30-150 and obtained by copolymerizing (i) 5-55wt.% of a dicarboxylic acid half ester monomer having a radical-polymerizable unsaturated bond of the formula (R1 is 2-4C alkylene; R2 is 1-8C alkyl; X is 2-3C hydrocarbon having radical-polymerizable unsaturated bond, (ii) 0-50wt.% of the other copolymeriazable dicarboxylic acid half ester monomer having a radical- polymerizable unsaturated bond, (iii) 3-94wt.% of a styrenic monomer, (iv) 1-60wt.% of an alpha, beta-ethylenic unsaturated nitrogen-containing monomer and (v) 0-60wt.% of the other copolymerizable radical-polymerizable unsaturated group-containing monomer, (B) an ethylene-acrylic acid water-dispersing resin having an acid value of 70-210, (C) a pigment, (D) water, and (E) a water- miscible solvent.</p> |
