<p>PURPOSE:To easily and quickly perform shim adjusting operation for a pivotal support structure to pivotally support and joint a bucket to an arm, and prevent the loss of parts at the time of demounting the bucket. CONSTITUTION:A collar 17 is internally coupled to the boss 16a of one bracket 15a fitted to a bucket 11, and a pivotal support boss section 10a at the end of an arm 10 laid between the collar 17 and the boss 16b of the other bracket 15b is pivotally jointed via a pivotal shaft 20 inserted through both bosses 16 and 16b. Also, a flange 20a at the end of the shaft 20, a washer 18 coupled to the outer end of the collar 17 in such a way as incapable of relative turn, and a shim 19 laid between the bracket 15a and the washer 18 are all together tightened, jointed and fixed to the external surface of the bracket 15a via the first bolt 21. The washer 18 and the shim 19 are also together tightened, jointed and fixed to the external surface of the bracket 15a via the second bolt 22. In addition, the shim 19 is peripherally divided in a plurality of sections, and each of the divided shim sections 19a and 19b is detachably engaged and supported with the first bolt 21 laterally.
