PURPOSE:To reduce a load of a conveying truck as a whole and to improve a vulcanizing efficiency of a tire by a smooth continuous use by sequentially repeatedly removing, carrying out a vulcanized tire and then bringing to assembly a crude tire. CONSTITUTION:A crude tire is sent to a control center 3 by a bringing lift 4, assembled in a split mold on a mold truck, the mold is reassembled, the mold truck is then sent to a transfer route end 7, and the split mold is brought to a vulcanizer 6 by crane conveying. After vulcanizing, the split mold conveyed from the vulcanizer 6 is reversely transferred to the mold truck 8 at the end 7, returned to the center 3, disassembled in the center 3, the vulcanized tire is released from the split mold 9, and sent by a conveying lift 5. In the case of reassembling, a crude tire 10 in the mold 9 is brought by the lift 4 moved together with an upper side cover 9a of the mold 9 to a right side. |
