PURPOSE:To obtain an extremely tasty healthy natural food utilizable both for a general dining table and a banquet by using a leaf of a perilla, a cresson, a dropwort, a dandelion, etc., readily cultivable and having excellent propagating power. CONSTITUTION:This healthy natural food is obtained by applying and permeating a sauce composed of a mixture of a seasoning consisting essentially of at least three or more soy sauces with a spice consisting essentially of at least two or more red peppers into a steamed or an unsteamed leaf of a perilla, a cresson, a dropwort or a dandelion. |
