PURPOSE:To provide a device capable of automatically cleaning the inner face of a pipe and furnish a cleaning body capable of being appropriately used in the device. CONSTITUTION:A means 6 for inserting a cleaning body into one end of a pipe P and a means 10 for ejecting a compressed gas into one end of the pipe are provided. One end of the pipe P to clean the inner face is opposed to the insertion means 6 and then opposed to the ejection means 10. The cleaning body consists of a non-liq. absorptive core and an elastic and liq. absorptive outer layer.
