<p>PURPOSE:To prevent dew condensation from occurring in an outdoor exhaust unit and a room temperature from rising in relation to a dehumidifier/humidifier. CONSTITUTION:A dehumidifier/humidifier has an air blow path for feed and exhaust, which is so constituted that an indoor side can be changed over to an outdoor side, and vice versa p a blower 8 provided on an air feed side, a heater 11 provided at the outlet portion of the blower to heat air blown therefrom, an adsorption member 13 formed in porous structure and a temperature sensor 14 mounted on a portion of the downstream of the adsorption member to detect an outlet air temperature, and is so constituted that, after an output of this temperature sensor shows a predetermined preset level or below, the air blow path is changed over. By detecting an outlet air temperature and changing over the air blow path at a predetermined temperature, cooling operation can be carried out without being influenced by a feed air temperature, and such troubles as a rise of a room temperature at the initial stage of the change-over of adsorption operation and dew condensation or icing in an outdoor exhaust unit can be eliminated.</p> |
