<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a high temperature fluid such as exhaust gas from flowing into a stem hole for inserting the stem part of a valve body, and into an actuator. CONSTITUTION:When a valve part 14a moves in the direction close to a though- hole (stem hole) 12 at the valve opening time, the upper end face of the valve part 14a comes in close contact with the periphery of the through-hole 12 in the upper wall (inner wall) 1d of a body so as to impede the formation of a gap between them. As a result, a high temperature fluid such as exhaust gas is almost completely prevented from flowing into a gap between a valve guide 13 and a stem part 14b and into the low pressure chamber 9 of an actuator A.</p> |
