PURPOSE:To provide a method wherein a fiber-reinforced resin laminated tube like joint which is excellent in dimensional precision of a part for which watertightness is required or the like, is manufactured in good productivity at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:A molding die 1 consists of synthetic resin containing a fiber which is composed of an elastic hollow body having a hollow part 14 which is surrounded with an outer peripheral wall 11 bending irregularily axially, a cylindrical inner peripheral wall 12, and an end surface wall 13. A nozzle 131 which juts outside and is interconnected to the hollow part 14 is provided to an end surface wall 13 of the molding die 1. Compressed air is pressed into the hollow part 14 from the nozzle 131, which is hermetically sealed, and the molding die 1 is manufactured. Setting resin impregnated reinforced fiber is wound around the molding die 1, and a fiber-reinforced resin layer 3 is provided. It is set by heating with a heating heater. Air in the hollow part 14 is forcedly discharged from the nozzle 131 to crush the molding die 1, which is extracted from the resin reinforced-resin layer, and a socket type fiber-reinforced resin laminated tube like joint is obtained. |
