Device making it possible, for a swimming pool or pool made of reinforced concrete, to produce simultaneously the shell construction (base and walls), horizontal and vertical grooves, interior cladding levelling, with preassembly of wall crossmembers. It consists of resin/glass mat panels (1 and 2) with welded wire mesh (5) fixed by resin/glass mat panel fasteners (6) rounded at the corners and grooves at the bottom (4) and thinned at the edges (3) to allow connection using glass mat/resin strips (11). A locking piece (7) fastened to the vertical strand of the welded wire mesh (5) separates it uniformly from the welded wire mesh (8). A plastic film (10) pinned into the shank of the locking piece determines the desired thickness of the concrete. A tight-mesh wire mesh locks the plastic film by the turned-up shank of the locking piece (7). Concrete is then poured between the panels (1 and 2) and the plastic film (10). <IMAGE>
