摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a cushiony roadbed material excellent in durability to impact, water permeability and cushion characteristic by forming the roadbed material of molded goods obtd. by thermal fusing of columnar synthetic resin foam particles and specifying the coefft. of permeability, impact acceleration and voids to respectively specific values. CONSTITUTION:This roadbed material used for roadbed of a race course, riding ground, etc., is formed of the molded goods obtd. by thermal fusing of the columnar synthetic resin foam particles and is so formed that the coefft. of permeability satisfies the value of >=1.0X10<-2>cm/sec, the impact acceleration by a weight falling test 10 to 20G and the voids 5 to 50%. Synthetic resins having the low water permeability; for example, polypropylene, polyethylene, etc., are used as the synthetic resin to be used for the synthetic resin foam particles. Particles having <=5% water absorbance are used as the synthetic resin foam particles. The molded goods are treated with a penetrating agent after molding at need and soil, sand and/or wood chips, etc., are laid as surface material thereon.
