A pressure-reducing inflow control, a gravity section preventing back-flow and a conveying device are provided in an inflow line which can be connected to a fresh water union to supply fresh water to at least one user in a dental practice. The pressure-reducing inflow control has a metering device which supplies the water in a metered fashion to the gravity section. The metering device is preferably connected to the device for conveying the water from the gravity section to the user and operated together therewith by the water pressure.
