<p>A bag for crushing and dispersion favorably crushes and disperses various samples in a simple and efficient manner without the use of expensive devices. The bag (1) for crushing and dispersion comprises a thin flat plate (14) provided in a bag body (11) of a synthetic resin and formed at both side surfaces thereof with a number of small projections (15) in the form of a trigonal pyramid in manner to form a file-shaped unevenness, and a sealing member (13) formed near an opening (12). A sample and a dispersion medium are introduced through the opening (12) to be accomodated in the bag and sealed by the sealing member (13). Subsequently, the bag (1) for crushing and dispersion is squeezed between rollers, so that the sample is scraped off by the file-shaped unevenness formed on the both side surfaces of the thin flat plate (14) or ground down to be crushed and dispersed uniformly in the dispersion medium.</p> |
