A description is given of a caravan with an attachment device for seat belts (8, 10). An attachment device which can easily be adapted to any caravan layout, can, in addition, be easily concealed and does not constrict the caravan interior comprises a bendable rod (4) which passes through the floor panel (1) and the roof (2). At the top, it has a head piece (5), preventing it from being pulled through, and at the bottom protrudes with an excess length (6) downwards beyond the floor panel (1). The rod (4) can be constructed as a metal section, in particular a square tube, and, with an appropriate cross-section, can anchor two shoulder belts (8) and two lap belts (10) at one end. <IMAGE>
