PURPOSE:To maintain the compounding ratio of the main raw material to a colorant constant to prevent color shading, and to feed the colorant economically advantageously only with the change of colorant in color change of products, by feeding the colorant near the lowermost part of the hopper. CONSTITUTION:A given amount of the granular colorant 7' is continuously fed from the pipe 6 to the inlet 5 provided near the lowermost part of the hopper 3 packed with the plastic powder 4 as a main raw material. The colorant 7' can be obtained by cutting the stringy colorant 7 taken off at a given speed with the pinch rolls 10 determined from the compounding ratio between the colorant 7' and the powder 4.
