Communication cable installing/removing works are very hard because wound cables on drums are very heavy. The trailer loads/unloads and winds/unwinds the wound cables easily. Human labor is reduced and efficiency of the cable works is improved greatly since the wound cables can be loaded/unloaded, wound/unwound by mechanical operations. The trailer comprise a frame (1), a power generator (2) located at the fore-upper side of the frame, a cable drum loading/unloading device (3) located at the backside of the frame, a drum driving device which changes winding directions, a lifting device, and a cable winding device.
