<p>According to the present invention, various types of samples can be crushed and dispersed easily, efficiently and satisfactorily without using an expensive device. A polyethylene film (3), a net body (7), a net body (9) and a polyethylene film (5) are successively laminated and welded to one another at welding portions (13a) and (13b), so that a bag body (15) is formed. Further, a fastener (17) is formed in the vicinity of an opening (15a), so that a bag (1) for crushing and dispersing can be provided. The samples and a dispersion media are received through the opening (15a) and the bag is sealed by the fastener (17). Subsequently, when the bag (1) for crushing and dispersing is crumpled, the samples are crushed by rasp-like irregularities formed by the net bodies (7) and (9).</p> |
