PURPOSE:For equal distribution of liquid flow in wide range of flowing area, equal quantity of liquid is injected from a lot of liquid distribution tube to impinge onto perforated plate, radially flowed, then vertically flowed in a small quantity. CONSTITUTION:Liquid is passed from the pipe 10 to movable bed type adsorption tower 5. About equal quantity of liquid is injected from each nozzle 7 of liquid distribution pipe 6 to impinge on non-hole portion of plate 11 of perforated plate 8. Injected flow is changed at right angle and formed in liquid layer to be flowed in radial direction along the plate surface 8. The liquid layer is flowed from pores 9 little by little vertically to the plate 8, effecting uniform flow distribution. When this liquid distributor is used for removing deposit of the tower 5, a plurality of holes is drilled on the pipe 6 obliquely opposite to the plate 8, so that liquid injection energy disintegrates filler deposited at adsorption. |
