摘要 |
PURPOSE:To improve the stability and controllability of an output obtained from a waveguide-type laser oscillator which is constituted by a hybrid resonator composed of the combination of a waveguide-type resonator and an unstable-type resonator. CONSTITUTION:A partially transparent mirror is employed as a turning mirror 2 of a hybrid resonator to take out a monitor light corresponding to an output from a take-out mirror 3 from the partially transparent mirror side. The monitor light is detected by a sensor 8 through an attenuator 7 and the output of the sensor 8 is supplied to a power supply 5 for feedback control. The discharge input of the power supply 5 is so controlled as to maintain the output from the take-out mirror 3 at an instructed value. With this constitution, the laser output can be maintained at a constant value regardless of external influences such as the change of gas composition and the change of a pressure. |
