PURPOSE:To stabilize the startup operation of a waste incinerator in a short period by rapidly stabilizing the denitrification function of a catalytic denitrizer using a general denitrification catalyst. CONSTITUTION:From between a waste gas outlet 2b of a catalytic denitrizer 2 and an outlet damper 6 to between a waste gas inlet 2a of the catalytic denitrizer device 2 and an inlet damper 4, a circulating gas inlet damper 8 and a circulating gas outlet damper 11 are provided, and also a circulating duct 7 equipped with a suction fan 9 and gas heater 10 is made to communicate with between them. Further, when gas heated by the gas heater 10 is circulated, a denitrification catalyst with which the catalytic denitrizer 2 is loaded becomes high temp. before the startup of a waste incinerator, and rapidly becomes highly active even it is a general one, causing the startup operation of the waste incinerator to be stabilized in a short period. |
