PURPOSE:To feed a mixed gas in a desired concentration by means of a simple mechanism which is sufficiently dispersed by constituting the titled feeder so that the powder of a solid lubricant is dispersed in carrier gas and the obtained mixed gas is accelerated by means of carrier gas and fed to a rolling bearing. CONSTITUTION:While carrier gas fed to a tank T1 through a connecting pipe 33 is turned between the inside and outside walls 31, 32, it is passed through nozzles 34 provided in multisteps with a definite interval in the peripheral direction to the inside wall and introduced into the tank and turned to fly up powder 36. Powder is dispersed in carrier gas while repeating flying-up and fall-down motions and fed to an acceleration device K through a feed pipe 35 and accelerated and fed to a bearing J. Further the concn. of powder incorporated in mixed gas can be adjusted by controlling flow rate of carrier gas by means of control valves V1, V2. |
