Elastomeric copolymer obtained by the polymerization of: a) a monomer selected from those having general formula CH2=CR'-CO-OR, wherein R is a monofunctional radical selected from linear or branched C1-C6 alkyl radicals and (C1-C6 alkoxy)-C1-C6-alkyl radicals and R' is selected from -H and -CH3; b) (meth)acrylonitrile; c) a third monomer selected from: c1) a chlorinated vinyl ester; c2) a mixture of an unsaturated carboxylic acid and an aliphatic or aromatic diepoxy compound; c3) a mixture consisting of a chlorinated vinyl ester and an unsaturated carboxylic acid. n
