PURPOSE:To facilitate the closing and opening operations of a lid for covering the opening of a steaming oven, prolong the life of a packing, and permit to safely, readily and hygienically discharge the boiled product from the steaming oven after steamed. CONSTITUTION:A pressure steaming device comprises a lid 4 for covering the opening of a streaming oven 1, a pivotally supporting member 2 for supporting the steaming oven 1 in an inclinable state, a barrel flange 3 disposed on the peripheral edge of the opening of the steaming oven 1, an air-locking type packing 6 attached to the barrel flange 3 and to the faced lid flange 5, a half claw type vise 7 for nipping the barrel flange and the lid flange from the outside, a lid-sliding member for sliding the lid 4 and a lid-driving member 9 for opening or closing the lid. |
