PURPOSE:To obtain a carbon-fiber reinforced carbon composite semicarbonaceous material improved in mechanical strength, surface smoothness, carbon fouling properties, etc. CONSTITUTION:This method for producing a carbon-fiber reinforced composite semicarbonaceous material is to impregnate (A) a carbon-fiber reinforced carbon composite material having 5-30% porosity of pores having >=0.1mum diameter thereof with (B) a thermosetting resin composition, heat-cure the thermosetting resin composition (B), then heat-treat the heat-cured thermosetting resin composition, cyclodehydrogenate the heat-treated thermosetting resin composition (B) and semicarbonize the impregnated thermosetting resin composition (B). |
