MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR FACILITY EQUIPMENT UNIT OF LARGE BUILDING

PURPOSE:To automatically perform preservation-processing of plural pieces of information including information related to the occurrence of abnormality when the abnormality of the management of a piece of facility equipment in a large building occurs, to unitarily make a data base of both an online management part and an offline management part and to save resource by paperless method. CONSTITUTION:At the time of performing preservation-processing of data, information is automatically inputted over an extent from an item 1 to an item 12 on an online management part. An occurrence cause and a countermeasure method of item 13 and 14 and a comment are inputted by a manual operation, and they are inputted over all item on an offline management part by manual operation. Plural pieces of information including information related to information when abnormality occurs are automatically displayed on the online management part, and they are printed and preservation-processed. Information when abnormality occurs on the offline management part is preserved in the same building management system by the manual operation. Such information can be displayed by setting conditions on a CRT screen again.
