PURPOSE: To prevent counter electromotive force from being discharged to a power source via a high side MOSFET by omitting a Schottky diode for separation. CONSTITUTION: This drive circuit is provided with half-bridges 130 and 150, a pair of diodes A4 and B4 for rectification, a capacitor 50 and a Zener diode 51. The half-bridge 130 is provided with FETs 131 and 136, connected to an output terminal VoutA, and the half-bridge 150 is provided with FETs 151 and 156 connected to an output terminal VoutB. The anodes of the diodes A4 and B4 for the rectification are respectively connected to the VoutA and the VoutB, and the cathodes are connected to an auxiliary power line Vaux in common. One end of the capacitor 50 is connected to Vaux, and the other end is connected to a ground. The cathode of the Zener diode 51 is connected to the Vaux, and the anode is connected to the ground. |
