发明名称 FORMATION OF RESISTOR ON HYBRID CIRCUIT BOARD
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To form a resistor having excellent temperature coefficient of resistance for both high and low temperatures on a ceramic board by conducting the firing in a specific atmosphere at a specific temperature for a specific time. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic board is coated with a resistor paste through or not through a conductor layer and/or a dielectric layer and dried before it is fired in an atmosphere containing an inert gas by more than half. In this regard, a first heating region of 500-65O deg.C, a second heating region of 700-850 deg.C and a third heating region of 870-1010 deg.C are set. Heating rate per unit time at the second heating region is set lower than that at the first heating region but higher than that at the third heating region. The resistor layer is cooled at a rate equal to or higher than two times of the absolute average temperature rising rate at the second heating region and the total treating time is set in the range of 15-120min.</p>
