PURPOSE:To more accurately judge colors by changing the judgement level of the gradation of the colors. CONSTITUTION:A color area measuring device is a device for receiving R, G and B signals from a color camera 2 and counting and displaying the area of an extraction color. In this device, sub chrominance signal preparation parts 22-24 adds a prescribed voltage to the R, G and B signals and obtain sub R, G and B signals.
