<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently and constantly perform processing of quality information from multiple pieces of terminal equipment in a quality management system by always and continuously managing in file quality information and integrating filed quality information into a synthetic file at every product. CONSTITUTION:Quality information consisting of plural elements is inputted to the terminal equipments in the assembly/inspection line of a production factory and a network filed to the quality management system SYS is managed. The stage 102a of setting 2 which sets the operation mode of an input terminal equipment based on the state of the quality management system SYS, and the stage 103a of filling 2 which generates an input file by receiving prescribed quality information for respective vehicles and updates the history of the input file are provided in this order. Furthermore, the stage 104a of report 2 which collects the input files into the synthetic file is provided. Then, key input information can synthetically be filed in the respective parts of assembly, completion inspection and shipping management.</p> |
