<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a fixation structure which eliminates the stress strain of an optical element due to a temperature change when the optical element is fixed to a board. CONSTITUTION:An optical element 6 has a cylindrical structure in which a guard part 61 has been formed at one end part, and the generation of a starin is reduced when the element itself swells due to a temperature change. In addition, the optical element 6 is held by a jig 7, and the jig is fixed to a board 16 by an adhesive 8. The jig 7 sandwiches and holds the guard part 61 by a body 71 and a retention ring 72, and a stress to the optical element 6 due to an expansion error between the jig 7 and the optical element 6 is eliminated by making its expansion coefficient equal to that of the optical element 6, by making a sandwiched and held part as a polished face and by forming a space G.</p> |
