The seal consists of a parallelepiped frame at the bottom of the door, running along the whole length of it and containing a seal element (1) which is moved vertically by a magnetic motor between upper and lower positions. The motor is controlled by an information receiver (11) linked to the door handle (9) and by a sensor reacting to the closure of the door. The information receiver (11) is in the form of a horizontal member which can slide transversely between two stable positions which correspond to the raising and lowering of the seal. The seal itself is in three sections - a central one which interacts with the motor, a bellows element on either of it, and two flexible vanes which seal against the floor.
